Mould simulation
During the design of your mould tooling, we run simulations based on the locations of proposed access points for moulding material during the mould process. This takes into account the material and injection moulding parameters. Our systems then output a result of the simulation and the results we can expect. These parameters can be tweaked over successive iterations to achieve great quality results prior to cutting steel.
